What stood out to you about BARK that you have not seen at other companies?
The way they took their time and valued the interview process, not only assessing my technical abilities but focusing deeply on culture fit was a huge stand-out. At the end of the process, it was incredibly rewarding and reassuring to know that everyone I met with was aligned and believed in me as much as I believe in them.
How has the BARK pack made you feel welcomed in your first week?
It’s such a cool and encouraging space — the teams here are so welcoming and have been quick to hype me up and make me feel comfortable and confident diving into this role.
